...been preparing myself for the live gigs we're planning, practicing songs on each instrument and/or vocals. Nursing Rich back to Health after the bike accident. And trying to improve my fitness levels again. I managed 3 runs this week. Mon: 25 mins Weds: 30 mins and Fri: 35mins, so I'm ready to give 40 mins running ago on the way home tonight. If all goes well I should be able to run all the way home from work again in a week or so, which will save a few pennies!

Isn't it funny? A couple of days ago, Rich came off his bike and ended up in hospital, having bit's of his face glued together (he's ok by the way, he'll mend) and we got home to see 'Scrubs' on TV, somebody on a bike on an advert, and other references to facial injuries. ... mostly been getting my head together after a long Christmas!

My sleeping patterns were wrecked so getting up in the morning for work became all but impossible. I spent a week as a zombie in a strange kind of Christmas Lag, not really able to do much at all. ...I don’t think the random choice of 'this day' should be any reason to change everything. I like to make my changes when I think necessary and so have a better chance of them being a success!

Still, if I WERE to make New Year’s resolutions, they would be to blog much more frequently, do a video blog once a fortnight, keep fit more and find more ways to keep in touch with people.
